Requirements
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of three years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in pursuing and closing sales.
  • Industry Knowledge and Certifications: Possess an Ohio Property & Casualty license, or be willing to obtain one if not licensed.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to unscheduled interruptions and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
