Job Overview

Seeking a flexible work schedule? Explore opportunities as a Front Desk Coordinator within our expanding network of dental practices. This role is designed for per-diem engagement, allowing you to work on an as-needed basis.

OUR PRACTICES:

This position operates within our Nassau County region, featuring:

  • Modern facilities equipped with advanced technology, emphasizing exceptional patient care.
  • A comprehensive range of general and specialized dental services to meet diverse oral health requirements.
  • Availability of services seven days a week at select locations, with morning and evening shifts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Warmly greet and assist patients, delivering a high standard of concierge-level service.
  • Promptly handle incoming calls and respond to messages efficiently.
  • Manage appointment schedules by inputting and confirming patient bookings.
  • Accurately enter new patient information and update financial records using Denticon.
  • Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage as necessary.
  • Address patient billing inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Support various administrative tasks as assigned by the Practice Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred.
  • A resume reflecting a stable and consistent employment background.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Salary Range: $17 - $25 per hour
