OUR PRACTICES:

This position operates within our Nassau County region, featuring:

  • Modern facilities equipped with advanced technology focused on delivering exceptional care.
  • A range of general and specialized services tailored to meet all oral health requirements.
  • Availability seven days a week at select locations, with morning and evening hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Warmly greet and assist patients, providing a high level of concierge service.
  • Promptly answer phone calls and respond to messages.
  • Manage appointment schedules by inputting and confirming patient bookings.
  • Accurately enter new patient information and update records (Denticon).
  • Collect co-payments and verify insurance eligibility as required.
  • Address patient billing inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Support various office tasks as assigned by the Practice Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred.
  • A resume that reflects a stable and consistent employment history.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to effectively handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
