Brand Manager, Miniverse

At MGA Entertainment, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving brand performance, growing brand equity, and increasing market share through innovative entrepreneurship and consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive consumer demand and increase market share
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and on-budget projects
- Collaborate with sales and retail marketing teams to align brand plans with business objectives
- Analyze POS data to determine trends and key performance indicators
- Build compelling cases and competitive analysis to inform marketing investment and ROI decisions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of brand management, retail buying, or marketing agency experience
- 2+ years of team leadership and management experience
- Retail industry knowledge and retail math required
- Diversified experience across big and small companies, start-up entrepreneurial experience a plus
