Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our MEP Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate MEP projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with scope and specifications.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Monitor and report on project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and a minimum of ten years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications.
  • Ability to utilize programs for calculating loads and performing cost analysis.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
