Medical Laboratory Specialist

Responsibilities- Perform laboratory analysis following established protocols and procedures.
- Verify and report laboratory findings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow all established regulations related to specimen processing, quality control, and laboratory safety.
- Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- 1 year of experience and/or training in a laboratory setting.
- ASCP certification preferred.
Covid vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at our clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated, you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
