Job Overview

The Kennedy Collective Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate DSP Adult Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to individuals residing in our residential homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their well-being, growth, and development.
  • Ensure that all services, programs, and guidelines outlined in an individual's ISP are implemented as assigned.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily living skills, including personal care, recreation, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Administer medications in accordance with DDS regulations and ensure all medications are available and orders followed.
  • Advocate for individuals and teach them to advocate for themselves.
  • Ensure the protection of all individuals' rights and safety by following HIPAA regulations, ensuring privacy, and reporting any type of abuse or neglect.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office and the internet
