Job Title: Real Estate Sales Expert

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Real Estate Sales Expert to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

* Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist and sell them a home
* Follow-up with leads to increase sales
* Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
* Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
* Provide exceptional service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers

Qualifications:

* Great communication and social skills
* Organized and manages time effectively
* A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
* Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
* Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
