Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret project documents and contracts.
  • Manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
  • Draft and negotiate subcontract agreements.
  • Prepare and evaluate subcontractor scopes of work.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project for schedule development and maintenance.
  • Participate in meetings and document minutes.
  • Assist with the estimating process.
  • Review and prepare change orders as necessary.
  • Track submittals, RFIs, and cost reports.
  • Maintain positive relationships with project owners.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience managing commercial projects valued up to $5 million.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to perform material take-offs and read blueprints.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A degree in construction management or engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
