Job Title: Senior Project Manager

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Transportation Business Line in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale transportation projects, including highway design, pavement design, drainage design, utility coordination, and construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with AECOM's policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in transportation or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
