Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Aviation Construction group in Chicago, IL or Cleveland, OH.

Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive client relationship, and achieving or exceeding the estimated profit margin for projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project activities for the completion of the project.
  • Manage and direct the development of proposals, project initiation, project execution/control, and project closeout.
  • Participate in or lead project-specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations for successful project selection.
  • Plan the complete project execution and develop the project manual.
  • Schedule and monitor manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance.
  • Establish a contractor-client liaison network to keep interested parties informed of project planning, start date, and work and budget progress.
  • Monitor the project from initiation through delivery, including development, execution, and updating project manpower.
  • Form a project work team that meets regularly to coordinate responsibility for assignment and execution of tasks according to schedule.
  • Submit documents to Federal, state, and local authorities for code compliance review and submit documentation for the various permits applications as required.
  • Hold regularly-scheduled project progress meetings to review that the project contract's terms, conditions, and specifications are being met.
  • Ensure project personnel adhere to federal and state regulatory requirements and company policies and manpower, equipment, materials, and quality procedures are recognized for timely intervention and resolution.
  • May select, supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $146,000 - $195,674.00.
