Campaign Manager/Director

Join the Brennan Center for Justice, a leading nonpartisan law and policy institute, in our mission to promote democracy and justice. We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager/Director to lead our efforts in achieving transformational Supreme Court reform.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of a critical issue, shaping the future of our country's highest court. As Campaign Manager/Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive public advocacy and political strategy to achieve Supreme Court reform. This will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, advocacy groups, and the media.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve Supreme Court reform, including term limits and enforceable ethics rules.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, advocacy groups, and the media.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including policy, communications, and federal affairs, to execute the Supreme Court reform strategy.
- Manage contractors and vendors to support research, communications, and events.
- Provide regular updates and analysis to internal stakeholders on political developments and factors affecting the Supreme Court reform strategy.
- Significant experience running legislative, issue advocacy, or political initiatives and campaigns.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix management organization, with a collaboration-first mindset and a proactive work style.

The Brennan Center for Justice offers a competitive salary range of $90,000-$140,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous time off program, 401k plan, and comprehensive health insurance.
