About the Role

The Climate Action Campaign is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a key member of our Operations team, you will provide day-to-day financial and operational management, procurement and inventory management, and aid in human resources management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management (50%): Serve as the point of contact for staff questions regarding internal operations, reconcile internal and financial data, and provide event and logistics support for high-level coalition meetings and events.
  • Human Resources (25%): Manage and oversee the Campaign's hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding processes, coordinate and support quarterly all-staff meetings, and assist with timesheet approvals and leave requests.
  • Administrative (25%): Occasional calendar management and scheduling for Executive Director and Senior Director of Operations, support and manage special operations projects, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in operations/administrative management in a non-profit or political campaign setting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and knowledge of Quickbooks or Sage Intact preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and time management with the ability to manage multiple processes at a given time.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little guidance.
