About the Job

At Betting Hero, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way people experience mobile sports betting. As our new Market Lead, you'll play a crucial role in leading a team of activation experts at Casinos, Bars, and Sporting events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned markets, including staff recruitment, business development, and event execution.
  • Manage team leads and representatives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of market schedules, inventory, and payroll.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals. Your background may include experience in sales, marketing, or team management, preferably in the alcohol or beverage industry.

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team. Additionally, you'll need reliable transportation, access to a vehicle with required insurance minimums, and full-time availability (40 hours/week) with a shifting work schedule that includes evening and weekend activations.
