The May Institute Inc is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Intervention Professional to join our Randolph Center team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement customized behavior intervention plans, making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skill development.
  • Analyze data to monitor client progress and behavior, informing informed decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with families and caregivers, providing emotional support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of impactful interventions.

About You:

  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • You excel in teamwork environments, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
  • A passion for evidence-based practices in ABA drives your professional growth and enthusiasm.
