Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People Services Human Resources to join our team at Execu-Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of human resources strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Formulate and recommend program goals and objectives in all areas of co-worker relations, including talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Lead Talent Management: Identify staffing and recruiting needs, develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management, and collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Supervise and Direct HR Staff: Supervise and provide direction to subordinate staff engaged in developing and administering the recruitment and selection procedures, personnel policies and procedures, and in-service employee training and educational assistance programs.
  • Investigate and Resolve Issues: Investigate problems, such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, and employee and applicant appeals and grievances, and provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to departmental officials and individuals.
  • Prepare and Present Reports: Prepare and present required and special reports, including the operating budget for the Human Resources Department.
  • Evaluate and Recommend Actions: Evaluate or review evaluations of performance on all co-workers, and effectively recommend hiring, promotion, termination, disciplinary, and commendatory actions of all assigned personnel.
  • Direct Onboarding and Recruitment: Direct the onboarding of new employees, including determination of eligibility for hire, and direct and update the general orientation process for all new employees.
  • Provide Training and Communication: Provide high-level communication and training to director and manager-level associates regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in human resources management, including experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement. The candidate will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
