Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their voice is heard while employing critical thinking to facilitate timely resolutions.
- Engage in high-quality interactions with clients through various communication channels, utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex inquiries.
- Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on order statuses, delivery information, and invoices.
- Contribute to additional projects or responsibilities as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one year of relevant customer service experience.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to drive positive change.
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to de-escalate customer concerns with empathy and understanding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Proven experience in processing high volumes of data or orders.
- Knowledge of EDI order processing.
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry.
Compensation: The base salary range for this full-time position is $20-$23/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity, work location, and other relevant factors.
Work Environment: This position primarily operates in an office setting, with occasional exposure to laboratory and warehouse environments. The physical demands of this role include regular use of hands and fingers for tasks, as well as standing, talking, and listening.
