About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets visitors and residents, answers questions, and directs phone calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming and outgoing mail, and performs basic office and clerical functions.
  • Maintains visitor logs and responds to resident emergencies by calling internal and external parties as needed.

Work Environment

This is a regular part-time position, working 2nd and 3rd shifts. The work location is on-site at Brookdale Franklin, 910 Murfreesboro Rd, US-TN-Franklin.
