The McGee Applied Research Center for Narrative Studies at Vanderbilt University seeks a visionary leader to drive its mission of promoting media literacy and understanding the impact of news stories on society.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the center's operations, research initiatives, and educational programs to drive strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the renovation and expansion of campus media resources, including the Vanderbilt Television News Archive, to optimize access to media and resources.
  • Manage the conversion of searchable metadata from summaries to full-text transcriptions to increase faculty research impact.
