Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing and procurement techniques, including vendor management.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop procurement strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global sourcing and working with international suppliers.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials used in the industry.
- Certification in Purchasing (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management - CPSM or similar).
