Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide company subsidized health insurance, paid vacation time, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.

Job Description

The Restaurant Manager at Fiola Mare will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service quality and consistency in our upscale Italian seafood restaurant. This includes supervising front-of-house team members, monitoring daily operations, and maintaining cost control and restaurant profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure preparatory, side-work, and closing duties are completed by all front-of-house team members as per Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants standards
  • Monitor the flow of daily service and ensure guest-service standards are upheld by all team members
  • Taking responsibility for cost control and restaurant profitability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience within a high volume, fine dining restaurant
  • The ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
  • Full-time flexibility and availability
