Job Title: Food Services Director

Yona Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Services Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality food and nutrition services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation
  • Plan, organize, and direct the functions and activities of the dietary department
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a cost-effective program
  • Conduct regular quality assurance rounds and inspections to ensure current quality controls and methodologies are suitable and sustainable

Requirements:

  • Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality
  • Food service supervisory experience required; at least two years experience in long term care preferred
  • ServSafe Certification for Managers, National Restaurant Association
  • Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP)
