Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Burn ICU team. As a Registered Nurse in our Burn ICU, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with burns and other complex injuries. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with burns and other complex injuries
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Perform various medical procedures, such as wound care and dressing changes
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • BSN degree or higher
  • At least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
