Burn ICU Registered Nurse

Mercy's Burn ICU is a 12-bed unit providing comprehensive and compassionate care for adults and children with various burn types, frostbite, and other conditions resulting in large wounds or skin loss.
Our TeamOur team cares for patients throughout the continuum, from admission to discharge, allowing you to build strong patient relationships and apply your knowledge and skills within fluctuating acuity levels.
Accreditation and CertificationMercy STL Burn ICU is the largest and only dedicated Burn Center in St. Louis, accredited through the American Burn Association, the gold standard for designating the highest-quality burn centers in North America.
Qualifications- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Licensure: Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Physical requirements: Prolonged standing and walking, ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
- Certifications: Basic Life Support, ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM
