Position Summary
We are in search of enthusiastic Sales Consultants who are passionate about the quality of the products and services they offer, as well as their customers and colleagues. If you possess a keen sense of style, are passionate, persistent, professional, and enjoy engaging with people, we would like to connect with you. In this essential retail sales role, you will be assisting customers in selecting furniture for their homes. Our dedicated Sales Consultants are committed to helping individuals and families create a fresh and inviting atmosphere in their living spaces, going beyond mere furniture selection to assist in designing their ideal environment.
Daily Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers as they enter our showroom and understanding their needs and motivations; fostering long-term relationships.
- Guiding customers through financing options, purchases, delivery, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Enhancing personal knowledge of products, sales strategies, and promotional offers through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
No prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail furniture is necessary to excel in this position. However, we value the following attributes:
