Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Facilitate point of sale transactions efficiently.

  • Identify and report safety concerns and housekeeping issues.
  • Restock merchandise as needed to ensure availability.
  • Keep the store environment clean and welcoming.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.

Educational Background:
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED, along with 4 or more years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
