Position Overview

As a Senior Product Engineer specializing in ServiceNow, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of procurement solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Your expertise in ServiceNow and procurement methodologies will be vital as you work alongside various teams to enhance procurement operations, improve efficiency, and generate significant business value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the architecture and development of procurement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including modules for Procurement Catalog, Purchase Orders, Vendor Management, and Contract Management.
- Collaborating with procurement stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Customizing ServiceNow workflows and applications to streamline procurement processes and meet business needs.
- Maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other procurement systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conducting system testing and troubleshooting to maintain the reliability of procurement solutions.
- Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow tools and processes.
- At least 3 years of experience as a product owner in ServiceNow procurement.
- Strong skills in ServiceNow development, including scripting and API integration.
- A solid understanding of procurement workflows and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Experience leading complex ServiceNow procurement solution implementations.
- Familiarity with web development technologies to enhance user experience.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications in ServiceNow development are also preferred.
