Job Summary

Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct care to program participants, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with clients, families, and community partners.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide direct care to program participants, utilizing approved skills curriculum to help improve behavior.
  • Maintain a caseload of multiple clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Attend weekly supervision with the Clinical Supervisor, demonstrating an awareness and appreciation for diverse cultures and individual differences.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $75,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
