We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our Strategic Execution and Analytics Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing data analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business intelligence needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with users and Information Technology to translate data into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and analytics tools to support business decisions.
- Communicate data insights and complex problems to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure model integrity and apply data analysis and modeling tools to business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, planning, statistics, forecasting, or related technical experience.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Python, or R.
- Self-learner and starter with ability to work independently or with teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 401(k) and ROTH 401(k) retirement plans.
- Accrued paid time off for vacation and sick leave.
- Eleven paid holidays each year.
