Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research utilizing media tools and resources to support the formulation of audience insights and market analysis that guide strategic decisions.
  • Collect and analyze data necessary for developing media communication strategies, including demographic information, media consumption patterns, and cost assessments.
  • Assist in the preparation, development, and oversight of media communication strategies and presentations for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain essential documentation such as flowcharts, buying guidelines, testing plans, budget summaries, and competitive analysis reports.
  • Generate and manage spending reports, establishing baseline data assessments.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's media planning procedures to support the achievement of communication objectives.
  • Act as a secondary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding media plan implementation and maintenance issues.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Participate in internal meetings as required.
  • Support the planning team by keeping accurate records of all directives, work orders, recommendations, and media contracts that influence client decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and agency protocols on behalf of assigned clients.
  • Manage internal and client status updates.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn server-based software and tools; familiarity with platforms such as MediaOcean, Nielsen, MRI, Scarborough, Kantar, or DoubleClick is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and clients.
  • Solid mathematical and analytical capabilities.
  • Genuine interest in or knowledge of Media and Communications Planning.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
