Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planning Specialist to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our global communications planning team, you will be responsible for developing and executing media buys for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to develop and execute media buys
  • Assist with audience targeting on campaigns and custom content programs
  • Manage tactical planning work to issue RFPs, select media vehicles, map, and negotiate using various planning platforms
  • Generate and deliver various media reporting to account teams and internal finance teams
  • Assist with campaign setup and execution, including order letters, specs, creative rotation, and billing documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights
  • 1-2 years of media buying/investment experience
  • Understanding of multiple media channels
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and advanced Excel
  • Strong time management and quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Experience utilizing various media buying tools
