As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner, addressing their concerns and providing clear information about our services and practices.
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Educate and advise clients regarding our services and practices, providing guidance on the best course of action for their pets' care and well-being.
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests with the highest level of quality and satisfaction, ensuring our clients feel valued and supported throughout their experience with us.
• Process admissions and discharges accurately, scheduling follow-up appointments as necessary and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Process invoices and payments accurately, maintaining the highest level of financial integrity and transparency.
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with our legal requirements, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed, such as scanning, faxing, and emailing, to ensure the smooth operation of our hospital.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in veterinary medicine or working with animals is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the needs and concerns of pet owners.
• Experience with EzyVet or similar software is a plus, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Ability to work at least one weekend day and nights, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients and patients.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Displays the highest degree of professionalism at all times, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality and satisfaction for our clients and patients.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities with ease.
• Capable of staying calm and exercising sound judgment in challenging situations, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality and satisfaction for our clients and patients.
