About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our Columbus team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in roadway design, drainage design, geometric design, 3D modeling, and design of accessible public spaces.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead, manage, design, and implement roadway, streetscape, and active transportation projects. They will also be responsible for managing conversations between disciplines, managing client relationships, and delivering projects from concept to construction.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a Professional Engineering license in OH (other Midwest states a plus) and a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering. Proficiency in MicroStation (including OpenRoads), AutoCAD (including Civil 3D) is also required.

Benefits
This full-time position typically works a hybrid schedule, with at least two to three days a week in the office. We also provide employees with the opportunity and necessary equipment to work from home 2-3 days per week. The competitive salary for this role is approximately $140,000 per year, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, a health savings account (HSA), and a flexible spending account (FSA).
