Job Description

**Job Requirements:** We're seeking a highly motivated Roadway Engineer to join our growing transportation practice in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing roadways on ODOT and/or Ohio Turnpike projects, be a team player, and be enthusiastic about working with other engineers, project managers, and technical staff to plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects.

The successful candidate will possess a BS degree in Civil Engineering and 5-15 years of roadway, highway, and drainage design experience. They will also have experience preparing roadway plans for Ohio DOT and/or Ohio turnpike required, as well as a Professional Engineer License in Ohio.

We offer a competitive salary range of **$106,536.00 - $130,210.00 per year**, depending on experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, 401(k) package with company match, paid time off, and eight paid holidays per year.
