Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage center operations, including production goals, net yields, and improvement plans
  • Monitor and maintain operational records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee inventory management, maximizing efficiencies and minimizing investment
  • Support meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines, maintaining operational records
  • Monitor donor retention, ensuring efficient donor flow, and implementing retention improvement and corrective action plans
  • Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Perform nearly all staff tasks and duties at a proficiency level adequate for training and critiquing employees
  • Responsible for all aspects of financial oversight, including setting annual budget, ensuring center meets monthly financial targets, and adhering to cash management and financial reporting responsibilities
  • Collaborate with quality to ensure center compliance with company, regulatory, and customer requirements
  • Develop and foster a center philosophy of continuous improvement and support company values
  • Collect and analyze data to maintain and improve center quality, efficiency, and profitability
  • Implement effective corrective action plans when necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience (4 years minimum) required
  • 2+ years' supervisory or leadership experience or completion of CSL Plasma Leadership Development program
  • Company Technical Training Certification
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts
