Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Center Manager to lead our SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service location to the highest operational standards and excellence in customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of center operation to the highest standards of quality and profitability, including customer interactions, service, and satisfaction.
  • Hire and manage a team of service-oriented technicians, focusing on building skills, motivating, and energizing the team.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging and pleasing customers, building relationships, and creating loyalty.
  • Build the business by participating in efforts to build strong center awareness and community connections and develop business opportunities within the local market.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, an upbeat personality, and a commitment to excellence with all levels of service.
  • Ability to learn and execute our System of Operation and deliver it consistently every customer, every time.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to build and lead a high-performing team.
Working Conditions
  • Frequent exposure to outside weather elements, noise, and vehicle exhaust fumes throughout the entire shift.
  • Physical demands include good corrected vision, hearing, frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, handling, reaching, and lifting.
