**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Utilities Operations Specialist to join our team in Denver or Northern Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Vice President, Utilities in managing utility-related activities across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Track project status, map utility processes, and manage consultant workstreams;
  • Oversee contracts and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance;
  • Support the creation of presentation materials for leadership, clients, and investors;
  • Manage project trackers to share accurate information throughout the organization;
  • Prepare presentations, track market activity, and provide weekly reports;
  • Collaborate with finance, construction, design, engineering, sales, legal, tax, and consultative resources;
  • Aid in preparing business cases and recommendations for leadership approval;

**Requirements:**

  • Associate's degree in a business or technical discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in utilities, energy, data centers, or other mission-critical facility functions;
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, creative thinking, and communication skills;
  • Ability to execute, process, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite;
