Complex Senior Sales Manager

The Verve Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton & Hampton by Hilton Boston-Natick are seeking a highly skilled Complex Senior Sales Manager to join their Sales team. As a key member of the hotel's revenue generation team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue through strategic sales efforts and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Research and solicit new leads through database research and proactive sales efforts to maximize new room revenue streams.
  • Negotiations and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and commission agreements with end-user customers and intermediaries to secure new business and maximize revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of Hotel Sales experience, with previous Hotel Group Sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and apply a disciplined approach to qualify, negotiate, and secure new revenue.
