Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our food and beverage operations. As the face of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Lead a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, quality food and beverage offerings, and a clean and safe environment
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the food and beverage business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior hospitality leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant education or certifications a plus
