About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas.

This is a key role that involves managing all contracts for Acutronic USA Inc., identifying programmatic, contractual, and legal risks, and providing solutions to mitigate the company's exposure.

You will work closely with our sales, project management, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements and identify opportunities to improve our contracting processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and prepare customer contracts and other legal documents;
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks;
  • Negotiate with customers to secure favorable contract terms;
  • Maintain up-to-date and accessible contract documentation;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide oversight and guidance;

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred);
  • At least five years of proven experience as a contract administrator, contract manager, or related role;
  • Experience editing and drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements;
  • Proficiency in Federal contracting required;
