Job Summary

The Michaels Organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our residential properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, financially stable, and providing a positive living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff, including leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and administrative assistants.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, including social media, advertising, and community events.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting revenue and expenses, and making recommendations for cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners to ensure a positive and supportive living environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-family residential property management, preferably with experience in leasing and operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of college preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
