Job Overview: Beacon Hill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO in Washington, DC.

About the Job:

  • Manage high-volume inquiries and conflicts while providing complex calendaring and scheduling.
  • Coordinate all high-level and complex meeting logistics: draft agendas, prepare materials, take minutes, etc.
  • Ensure proper prioritization of executive's time, focusing on high-value activities.
  • Handle logistics and itineraries for complex travel arrangements.
  • Track and prepare expense reports.
  • Perform a variety of executive administrative tasks and support the extended team as needed.

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
  • Self-disciplined with sound judgment and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiencies with MS Office Suite, Zoom, and project management tools are required; must be tech-savvy.

About the Position:

  • $32-$36 per hour depending on experience.
  • Temporary position starting through the end of January, with potential to extend.
  • Hybrid with 2 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
  • Metro accessible.
