Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Hotel Task Force. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in and Check-out: Welcome and register guests, handle check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure accurate room assignments.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- LightSpeed PMS Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the Lightspeed PMS system, including its features and functionalities, to effectively manage room assignments, guest information, and other related tasks.
- Revenue Management: Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests, ensuring accurate and efficient revenue management practices.
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Problem Resolution: Respond to guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to supervisors as necessary to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Travel and Accommodations: Participate in rotational travel assignments, staying on property and working with the company to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Requirements:
- Hotel Front Desk Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
- LightSpeed PMS Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Lightspeed PMS system, including its features and functionalities.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 8-12 weeks at a time, with all travel paid in advance by the company.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
