POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in advocating for our comprehensive range of HVAC products, including parts, supplies, and equipment, aimed at boosting sales and enhancing market presence. This role involves direct interaction with clients, necessitating a polished appearance and exemplary customer service skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Associate
  • Drive sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket offerings to our Customer/Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering prompt and courteous service to all customers, including walk-ins and phone inquiries.
  • Clearly articulate the features and advantages of HVAC products while actively promoting our proprietary brand.
  • Adhere to all safety, health, security, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in restocking inventory and unloading shipments, with the capability to operate a forklift; may involve lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications: Sales Associate
  • 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales, counter sales, or relevant industry sales experience.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities; proficient computer skills required (Microsoft applications).
  • Experience working with contractors is preferred, given our focus on commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment.
Educational Requirements: Sales Associate
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year of relevant experience.
  • Forklift certification is preferred.
