As a Front Office Assistant, your primary role will involve welcoming patients and offering essential support to the medical team. This position is vital in ensuring a smooth operation within our healthcare facilities. Status: Full-Time
Schedule: 12-hour shifts per week, including potential weekend and holiday rotations based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the registration process.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, conduct patient follow-ups, and handle documentation efficiently.
- Collect and verify insurance information, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Facilitate patient discharges, ensuring they receive necessary documentation and information.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a medical office setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Willingness to learn electronic medical record systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with urgent care or occupational medicine.
- Experience in handling health insurance information and patient payments.
- Background in patient registration processes.
- At least 6 months of experience with various computer systems and software.
