Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at World Class Automotive Organization. As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for selling and quoting retail insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to cross-sell existing customers with other Allstate products
  • Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals
  • Generate quotes and conduct policy reviews and updates
  • Process payments and report claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Licensed Property and Casualty (P&C) Agent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to multitask
  • Confident and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a small office environment and as part of a team
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
