About the Role

You will become a trusted advisor to hotel owners, building awareness about how our products can benefit their property. You will learn about the challenges that accommodation providers face and offer a solution that brings value to their day-to-day operations and bottom line. Joining SiteMinder as a leader in dynamic hotel revenue management, you will be at the forefront of innovation in the sector.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Client acquisition: Creating new opportunities and upselling current customers through the full sales cycle, from outreach to demo and closing.
  • Achieving sales KPIs and targets: Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets and finalizing all sales in a timely manner.
  • Presentation and negotiation: Preparing accurate quotes and developing proposals to present to clients in a professional and confident manner. Negotiating contracts as required, maintaining a balance between optimal service and value for the client and SiteMinder's profit margins.
  • CRM maintenance: Maintaining accurate records of your business development activities on SiteMinder's CRM system.
  • Client feedback: Providing client feedback on products to the Product Team so that products can be reviewed in line with the feedback.
  • Partner management: Working with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder's products and brand. Attending key functions and events, requiring occasional travel to client locations to attend meetings with relevant managers.
Your Requirements
  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience.
  • A confident phone presence, fearlessness in leading meetings with prospects, and great listening skills.
  • Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone.
  • Self-motivation and resilience to show up each day and give your best.
  • Growth mindset - openness to feedback and coaching.
  • Industry background is a huge plus (hotel tech, OTA, revenue management).
