We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join our Accessibility team at Adobe. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of accessibility in our products.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with sales and customer success managers to support pre- and post-sales conversations with customers about the accessibility of our products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on accessibility-related matters.
- Support the sales team with demos, RFP responses, and ACR distribution.
- Engage with product teams across the organization to ensure accessibility is integrated into product development.
- Develop and maintain accessibility policies, standards, and training programs.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on accessibility.
- Experience in software development, specifically in web and/or client-side development.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and making practical tradeoffs.
- Proficient in testing using screen readers and understanding of current international accessibility laws and standards.
- IAAP certification in accessibility core competencies is preferred.
At Adobe, we offer a competitive salary range of $146,800 - $262,100 annually, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
