The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of Magnify. As a key member of our product team, you will work closely with engineering, applied scientists, UX designers, and customers to develop and iterate our product.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working backwards from customer needs to develop and recommend product strategies
  • Translating high-level roadmap items into detailed user stories with product designs
  • Prioritizing features and maintaining a prioritized product roadmap
  • Measuring success metrics for product features
  • Representing the voice of the customer in product decisions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of successful product launches and well-honed fundamental product management skills
  • Ability to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand customer needs
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering value to customers
  • Bias for action with a demonstrated practice of product development and management
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

We are looking for a seasoned product manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software companies. Prior startup experience is a plus, but not required.
