We use machine learning and a sophisticated orchestration engine to transform the customer experience, driving adoption, retention, and expansion for our clients.
The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of Magnify. As a key member of our product team, you will work closely with engineering, applied scientists, UX designers, and customers to develop and iterate our product.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working backwards from customer needs to develop and recommend product strategies
- Translating high-level roadmap items into detailed user stories with product designs
- Prioritizing features and maintaining a prioritized product roadmap
- Measuring success metrics for product features
- Representing the voice of the customer in product decisions

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of successful product launches and well-honed fundamental product management skills
- Ability to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand customer needs
- Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering value to customers
- Bias for action with a demonstrated practice of product development and management
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
We are looking for a seasoned product manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software companies. Prior startup experience is a plus, but not required.
