- Provide exceptional service to assigned personal insurance accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Analyze personal accounts for coverage, limits, and make recommendations to clients to optimize their insurance portfolios.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and meet departmental production goals.
- Identify new business opportunities from existing accounts and assigned leads, and contribute to the agency's overall success.
- Prepare policy quotes, applications, and other transactions for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the integrity of data in the agency management system, ensuring seamless operations.
- May handle premium collections and other financial transactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes to anticipate and respond to profit objectives.
- Assist in training and development of Account Managers to ensure team success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency.
- Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets.
- Experience with electronic agency management systems and producer's licenses.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
