  • Provide exceptional service to assigned personal insurance accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze personal accounts for coverage, limits, and make recommendations to clients to optimize their insurance portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and meet departmental production goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities from existing accounts and assigned leads, and contribute to the agency's overall success.
  • Prepare policy quotes, applications, and other transactions for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain the integrity of data in the agency management system, ensuring seamless operations.
  • May handle premium collections and other financial transactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to anticipate and respond to profit objectives.
  • Assist in training and development of Account Managers to ensure team success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency.
  • Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets.
  • Experience with electronic agency management systems and producer's licenses.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
